Court adjourns Nnamdi Kanu’s trial

The trial of the leader of the banned Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, has been moved to January 18, 2022.

Meanwhile; Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the Department of State Services to allow Kanu to enjoy maximum possible comfort.

Justice Nyako also ordered the DSS to allow Kanu to have a change of clothes, medical attention and the freedom to practice his religion.

Nnamdi Kanu was not in court when the case came up, but his lawyer, Ifeanyi Ejiofor, briefed newsmen about what happened inside the court.
