Nigerian-born boxing champion, Anthony Joshua, has become the target of suspected impersonators on the internet.
The suspected fraudsters are Ukhuriegbe Irekpitan and Onyekwa Chinedum, who are alleged to have defrauded their female victims in the United Kingdom of over fifteen thousand pounds.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission arraigned Irekpitan and Chinedum before Justice S. M. Shuaibu of the Federal High Court in Benin City, Edo State.
