Governor Soludo offers amnesty to IPOB agitators in Anambra state

Anambra State Governor, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, has attended a special church service to mark the end of the Monday sit-at-home protest in the South-East.

Governor Soludo also offered to pardon members of the banned Indigenous People of Biafra who are operating in different parts of Anambra.

Soludo appealed to the pro-Biafra agitators to come out from hiding, surrender their arms and return to their normal life.

He also announced plans to appoint members of a Peace and Reconciliation Committee that will look into all areas of challenges.

The Governor said the Committee will also work with the Federal Government on behalf of those who are being detained.
