Governor Uzodinma fails to name sponsors of insecurity in Imo

The Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma, has failed to keep his promise to name those he said are responsible for the violence in the state.

Instead, Governor Uzodinma asked former governor of the state, Senator Rochas Okorocha to allow him to enjoy his full rights and authority as the sitting governor of Imo State.

Governor Uzodinma made the call during a stakeholders’ meeting in Owerri, the Imo State capital.

Governor Uzodinma said he would wait for security agencies to complete their investigation before naming those behind those the violence.
