Members of the Lagos State House of Assembly have joined in calling for justice over the murder of twenty-two-year-old Oluwabamise Ayanwole inside a BRT bus.
The Assembly, led by the Speaker, Mudashiru Obasa, promised that the House would ensure that justice is done in the case.
Speaker Obasa, who gave the assurance while addressing a group of protesters at the Assembly Complex in Alausa, said the lawmakers were very disturbed about the incident.
During the House sitting earlier, the Speaker of the Lagos State House Assembly, also called on Nigerians to use the opportunity of the International Women’s Day to address issues affecting women.
