The fourth round draw of the FA Cup has thrown up a titanic battle, as two old fierce rivals Manchester United and Liverpool will square up to each other for a place in the fifth round of the competition.
Manchester United, 12 times winner of the competition will host 7 times champion Liverpool at Old Trafford on the weekend of 23-24 January 2020, a week after both teams would have slugged it out for top spot in the English Premier League.
Other matches in the fourth round draw pits defending champion and 14 times winner Arsenal, against the winner of the Southampton/ Shrewsbury Town game, while the conqueror of Leeds United, Crawley Town, will be away at Championship side, Bournemouth.
Pep Guardiola’s side Manchester City earned an away fixture against League two Cheltenham Town. Meanwhile, Frank Lampard continues his search for his first managerial title with Chelsea hosting Luton at Stamford Bridge.
