Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency have seized three million capsules of opioids weighing one thousand, five hundred kilograms at the Tincan Seaport in Apapa area of Lagos.
NDLEA’s spokesman, Femi Babafemi, who disclosed this in a statement, said the drugs, Tapentadol and Carisoprodol were more dangerous than Tramadol.
Babafemi said the seized drugs were discovered during a joint examination of a twenty feet container with custom officers.
