Relations between Nigeria and Turkey look set to get additional boost, as President Muhammadu Buhari welcomes his Turkish counterpart on a two-day visit.
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in Abuja yesterday, together with his wife, Emine Erdogan.
During their stay, President Buhari and his visitor are expected to consider about twenty-four Bilateral Agreements and Memoranda of Understanding.
Erdogan will also hold a meeting with President Buhari, as well as commission the Turkish Cultural Centre in Abuja.
From Abuja, the Turkish leader and his wife would travel to Togo in continuation of their three African countries, including Angola, where they visited earlier.
