For di first case wey concern fundamental human rights violation (Suit No: CV/814/25), Mrs. Akpabio accuse di senator say she make false and scandalous statements wey don cause emotional trauma for her and her children, make dem dey fear for dia life.
She ask di court make dem declare say di statements violate her right to dignity under di Constitution and di African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights.
Akpabio still dey demand ₦250 billion as compensation and make di court give order wey go stop Akpoti-Uduaghan from talking any other bad thing against her.
For di second defamation case (Suit No: CV/816/25), Mrs. Akpabio challenge di claim say her husband make sexual advances towards Natasha.
She talk say di allegation na lie, e dey wicked and e don spoil her family name, make dem lose respect for public.
She come demand make court order Akpoti-Uduaghan to apologize publicly inside two national newspapers—The Guardian and ThisDay—and pay ₦1 billion as damages.
