Bogota police commander, Giovanni Cristancho, confirm say di grenade attack na because of fight wey dey happen between “two local criminal groups” wey dey struggle for territory.
San Bernardo neighborhood, wey before be furniture production area, don turn drug trafficking and usage zone in recent years. Many homeless people and drug users dey gather for di area.
Just three weeks ago, grenade explosion kill one homeless person and wound seven others for di same neighborhood.
