For im speech, Retired Vice Admiral Ibas talk say di appointment of Prof. Worika no be just ordinary administrative decision, but na strategic move to strengthen di government commitment to law, order, and better governance.
E talk say, “Di work wey dey front no easy, but we no get doubt say you go show say you sabi am. Rivers State need your wisdom, strength, and serious dedication. Together, we go write new chapter of progress for dis great state.”
Di administrator still hail Prof. Worika expertise for law, policy, and international governance, and e believe say di new SSG go help make sure say di administration policies and decisions go follow di goal to stabilize di system and lay foundation for better democratic governance.
