For di judgment wey all di five judges agree on, di court cancel di decision wey Court of Appeal for Abuja give before, wey recognize Abure as di party chairman.
Di Supreme Court talk say di appeal court no get power to declare person as party chairman because di matter na internal party issue, and court no suppose put mouth for party leadership wahala.
Dem also talk say di appeal wey Senator Esther Usman and another person carry come court get merit, so dem approve am.
Di court still point out say, from wetin dem see for paper, Abure time as chairman don expire already. Because of dat, dem reject di cross-appeal wey Abure side of Labour Party carry go court.
