Fubara’s aide talk say Assembly Complex don almost complete, blame Wike for pipeline attacks

Di government of suspended Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, don strongly deny say e no stop militants from attacking oil installations for di state.

For statement wey dem release on Thursday, Fubara’s Chief Press Secretary, Nelson Chukwudi, talk say di accusation na lie and na wrong information wey some people give di Presidency.

Chukwudi talk say Fubara dey committed to peace and di protection of critical oil infrastructure. E blame di recent wahala for Niger Delta on di statement wey Minister of FCT, Nyesom Wike, make for one interview.

According to am, Wike downplay di importance of Ijaw people for national politics, wey make Ijaw leaders, youths, and militants vex, some even demand apology from am.

Chukwudi talk say since Fubara enter office, e don always dey support security agencies with modern equipment, vehicles, gunboats, and helicopters to help law enforcement for di state.

“Governor Fubara don always stand for peace, and e don help increase oil production and revenue for Nigeria since e take office for May 29, 2023.”

On top di demolition of di State House of Assembly Chambers, Chukwudi talk say na based on expert advice dem pull di building down. E even remind people say Wike himself don complain about di bad condition of di place before.

E add say di reconstruction project don reach 80% completion.

E still mention say di local government elections wey dem do for October 5, 2024, show say Fubara dey committed to peace. But e condemn di attacks wey some people wey dem say dey loyal to Wike do for council secretariats.

Chukwudi come call security agencies make dem investigate di real people wey dey cause wahala for di state, instead of to dey accuse Fubara wrongly.

“E no make sense to talk say Fubara wey always preach peace go support pipeline attacks or any kind violence,” e conclude.
