Di motions, wey dem file on March 3 and March 25, 2025, with case number CV/395/M1/2025 and CV/395/M2/2025, get Akpabio as di person wey carry di mata go court (Appellant).

For di appeal, Akpabio dey find court order to:
- Allow am extra time to take beg appeal against di Federal High Court judgement for Suit No: FHC/ABJ/CS/384/2025 wey dem give on March 10, 2025, for di case wey Senator Natasha carry go court.
- Grant am permission to appeal based on wetin e talk say na matter of both law and facts.
- Allow am file notice of appeal late.
- Make court stop further hearing of di case for di lower court until Court of Appeal finish di matter.
