Senior Special Assistant to Minister of FCT on Public Communications and Social Media, Lere Olayinka, don reveal why dem revoke PDP Secretariat land for Abuja.
According to Olayinka, PDP never pay ground rent for 20 years, so Wike no fit remove di party name from di list of people wey default. Wike bin approve di revocation of 4,794 land titles inside FCT.
Di Minister revoke di lands because some of dem never pay ground rent for more than 40 years.
Among di affected properties na NNPC, PDP, INEC, CBN, and others.
Other organizations wey dem revoke dia land include CONOIL Plc, Borno State Government, NTA, NDDC, NUC, M.R.S Investment Company, Kaduna State Government, Nigerian Port Authority NPA, News Agency of Nigeria NAN, Federal Ministry of Environment, Nigerian Security Printing and Minting Company, University of Calabar, Nigerian Postal Service, and Power Holding Company of Nigeria PHCN.
