NEHEMIAH ADEJOR – the young man who drove the car that killed Nigerian’s first female combat pilot, has been charged culpable homicide and criminal conspiracy.
However; the charges against ADEJOR do not carry the death penalty.
Two other friends who were with him at the time of the accident at the Air Force Base in Kaduna on July 14, have been discharged.
A Magistrate Court sitting in Kaduna approved the release of FOLORUNSHO IGBEKELE FAITH and GBAYEGUN DEJI on the ground that they do not have any case to answer.
