A Federal High Court in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State has ordered the arrest of one UZOMA UDEMBA in a case of alleged violation of broadcast rights involving English Premier League matches.
Justice AGATHA OKEKE issued the bench warrant after the court was informed that UDEMBA had travelled to the United States following his release on bail.
UDEMBA and two others, including his private company, had pleaded not guilty to the allegations and were granted bail in the sum of three million naira each, with a surety each in like sum.
