President MUHAMMADU BUHARI says he has handed over Nigeria’s land border with Niger Republic to God.
President BUHARI said only God can effectively supervise the one thousand, four hundred-kilometer-long border.
Instead, President promised to give full support to Niger Republic in the conduct of the country’s general elections next month.
President BUHARI also praised the outgoing president for not attempting to change the constitution so that he can remain in power.
He was speaking at the State House in Abuja when he received former Vice President of Nigeria, NAMADI SAMBO, who was appointed to lead the ECOWAS Election Mission to Niger Republic.
