The Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, ZAINAB AHMED, has hinted about government intention to reopen Nigeria’s land borders.
ZAINAB AHMED gave the hint as she was briefing State House correspondents after the weekly meeting of the Federal Executive Council at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
The Minister said the move is based on the recommendation of a presidential committee that was set up on the matter.
However; she said the Committee was yet to submit its report to President MUHAMMADU BUHARI, and did not say when that was going to happen.
