The Federal Government has asked its civil servants who are on Grade Level Twelve and below to work from home beginning from today.
The stay-at-home directive by the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, FOLASADE YEMI-ESAN, is expected to last for five weeks.
YEMI-ESAN also directed permanent secretaries and chief executive officers in various ministries, departments, and agencies to ensure compliance.
The directive is in line with efforts by the government to check the spread of the second wave of Covid-19.
