The Presidential Task Force on Covid-19 has warned against self-medication by persons with symptoms of the new coronavirus.

MUSTAPHA said as Muslims prepare to celebrate the end of the Ramadan fast, they should avoid gathering in large numbers.

The PTF Chairman also apologized to essential service providers who were harassed by security personnel while enforcing the Covid-19 curfew.

He explained medical personnel, journalists, firefighters and telecoms workers are exempted from the Covid-19 restrictions.
