Edo State gets eight new High Court Judges

Eight High Court judges have joined the Edo State Judiciary.

Governor GODWIN OBASEKI swore in the new judges during a ceremony in the capital, Benin City.

Governor OBASEKI challenged the new judges to be fair to everyone in the handling of cases.

He also promised to give the judiciary the necessary support, including the adoption of technology in the handling of cases.

The Governor also promised to rebuild old courts and judges’ quarters outside the state capital, and to extend support to federal judicial institutions in the state.
