ENDSARS: Okeke sues 50 Nigerians on Social Media

One KENECHUKWU OKEKE has filed a complaint against fifty individuals in connection with the EndSARS protests across Nigeria.

OKEKE’s criminal complaint was filed before an Abuja Chief Magistrate’s Court, in which he alleged that his properties were destroyed during the riots.

OKEKE contends that the persons mentioned in his complaint were responsible for the damage to his properties and be brought to justice.

Those listed as defendants in the court papers are mainly notable Nigerian celebrities who have popular followership the social media.

BURNA BOY, DAVIDO, FALZ; MR MACARONI, TAOMA, PETER and PAUL OKOYE, TUFACE, BANKY W, TIWA SAVAGE, DON JAZZY and YEMI ALADE.

Others are Pastor SAM ADEYEMI; AISHA YESUFU; former Super Eagles player, KANU NWANKWO; Doctor JOE ABAH; as well as Nollywood actors, YUL EDOCHIE and UCHE JOMBO.

According to the court case file on Monday, OKEKE claimed that the defendants played active roles in the EndSARS protests which later became violent.

The fifty persons listed as defendants in the case are yet to respond to the allegations made against them.
