The President of France, EMMANUEL MACRON, has tested positive for Covid-19 and gone into isolation.
Reports say several other European leaders are self-isolating after coming in contact with President MACRON.
The French President attended a number of high-profile events in recent days, including a summit of the European Union, before taking the test.
He is expected to self-isolate for seven days while working from the Elysée Palace.
