FG plans repartration of Nigerian Prisoners from Saudi Arabia, as Nigerian girls stranded in Lebanon arrive Lagos

Some two hundred Nigerians who are serving prison terms in Saudi Arabia are expected to be brought home soon.

The transfer of the Nigerian prisoners is being done under the Federal Government’s arrangement for the repatriation of Nigerians trapped overseas due to the Covid-19 lockdown.

The Chairman of the Nigeria Diaspora Commission, ABIKE DABIRI-EREWA, who confirmed the move, said another group of Nigerians would also be evacuated from Dubai in the coming days.

DABIRI-EREWA was speaking when some Nigerians girls who were stranded in Lebanon arrived at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport in Lagos.
