The Federal Government has reversed the directive by the Presidential Task Force on Covid-19 on the partial reopening of schools for transition classes.
This followed an announcement by the Minister of Education, ADAMU ADAMU, that Federal Government colleges will not resume until they are considered safe.
The Education Minister also said Unity Schools would not participate in the Senior School Certification Examination of the West African Examination Council, WAEC.
The Education Minister made this known at the end of today’s meeting of the Federal Executive Council in Abuja.
