The Inspector-General of Police, MOHAMMED ADAMU, has visited Edo State in continuation of his nationwide tour of police formations that were affected by the recent violent protests.
IGP ADAMU was joined in Benin City by Edo State Deputy Governor, PHILIP SHUAIBU, and other top officials to visited police officers on admission at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital.
The team also visited Ivbiotor and Ugbekun Police Stations that were burned down, as well as the Nigeria Correctional Service Custodial Center on Sapele Road, where some prisoners escaped.
