Lagos State Government is offering financial support to owners of businesses that were burnt or looted during the violence that greeted the EndSARS protests.
Governor BABAJIDE SANWO-OLU made the announcement when he paid a visit to Lekki axis of the state to sympathise with victims of the Circle Mall looting.
Governor SANWO-OLU said his officials are working with the leadership of the various traders’ association to compile a list of business that were affected.
Also speaking; some business owners whose shops were affected also suggested other ways that the government can help them recover from the shock of the incident, including provision of security.
