Member of staff of the Lagos State University, Ojo, have staged a protest at the campus premises, to demand implementation of the new national minimum wage.
The angry workers include members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, and the Non-Academic Staff Union of Universities, NASU.
The protesters locked the main gate of the university at about 7AM, and denied entry to the Vice-Chancellor, Professor OLANREWAJU FAGBOUN.
