The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control says the country is now in a full fourth wave of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The NCDC declaration comes with the confirmation of one thousand, three hundred and sixty-eight new cases of coronavirus across the country yesterday.
According to the NCDC update last night, Lagos State recorded the highest number of new cases, which is put at eight hundred and forty-four.
The second highest number of new Covid-19 cases of two hundred and nine was recorded in Abuja, followed by Oyo State, with fifty-eight cases.
