Newly elected chairmen and vice-chairmen of the twenty-one local government councils in Kogi State have been sworn-in.
Governor YAHAYA BELLO performed the inauguration of the elected council officials at a ceremony in the state capital, Lokoja.
In his address, Governor BELLO charged the new council officials on a good performance, just as he challenged young people in Kogi State to take interest in politics and participate in the process.
