The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has confirmed the recovery of eight hundred and thirty-nine Covid-19 patients after undergoing treatment.
They include seven hundred and seventy-three patients who were managed at the community level in Lagos State, plus sixty-six others in Imo State.
The NCDC also confirmed one thousand, one hundred and thirty-one new cases of the coronavirus, which takes Nigeria’s total so far to one hundred and forty-two thousand, five hundred and seventy-eight.
The NCDC confirmed on its Twitter handle on the night of Wednesday, February 10, 2021, that the new cases were recorded in twenty-one states and Abuja, as Lagos led with two hundred and ninety-seven.
