The Lagos State Police Command has filed charges PETER EROMOSELE ADENE, including alleged breach of public peace, over the EndSARS protest.
ADENE pleaded not guilty to all the charges when they were read to him before the Yaba Chief Magistrate’s Court.
The case was adjourned to January next year, while ADENE was allowed to continue to enjoy the bail earlier granted by the court.
The defence lawyer, ADESINA OGUNLANA, briefed newsmen outside the courtroom in the company of his client and some of his supporters.
