The Presidential Task Force on Covid-19 has expressed satisfaction with the level compliance to guidelines to check the spread the new coronavirus in preparations for resumption of flight operations.
National Coordinator of PTF, SANI ALIYU made the observation during the test-run of facilities at the Lagos Airport over the weekend.
SANI ALIYU said he was satisfied with the readiness of the aviation sector to operate in line with global standard under Covid-19.
Also speaking; the Minister of State for Health, OLORUNIMBE MAMORA, called on all aviation stakeholders to take responsibility for their protection against the deadly coronavirus.
On his part, the Minister of Aviation, HADI SIRIKA, assured that the guidelines to ensure the safety of airports against Covid-19 are strictly followed.
