Rivers schools reopen after 6 months

Schools have reopened in Rivers State under strict monitoring by a special task force, after six months of Covid-19 lockdown.

The Task Force is headed by the State Chairman of the PDP and Administrator of Greater Port Harcourt, Ambassador DESMOND AKAWOR.

After going round to some of the schools on Monday, October 5, 2020, the State Government Taskforce on COVID-19 expresses satisfaction with the compliance level on the first day of resumption.
