Ten members of the Olubadan-in-Council have endorsed the nomination of Lekan Balogun as the next Olubadan of Ibadan-land.
However, former governor of Oyo State, Rashid Ladoja, who is a senior member of the Olubadan-in-Concil, was absent when the endorsement was done.
The Osi Balogun of Ibadanland, High Chief Tajudeen Ajibola, spoke on behalf of the kingmakers, confirmed the development to newsmen at the Mapo Hall in Ibadan.
