The Court of Appeal sitting in Akure, Ondo State, has dismissed an application that was meant to three members of Ondo State House of Assembly from taking their seats.
The House of Assembly filed the motion challenging the judgement of the High Court which reinstated the three suspended members of the state assembly.
The reinstated lawmakers were among nine who had kicked against the impeachment of the Deputy Governor, AGBOOLA AJAYI.
The impeachment process was also rejected by the state Chief Judge, Justice OLANREWAJU AKEREDOLU.
