Bandits threaten to starve kidnaped students in Kaduna

The kidnappers of at least one hundred and twenty-one students of Bethel Baptist High School at Maraban Rido, Kaduna State, have threatened to starve them to death.

They bandits have, therefore, asked parents of the affected students and the management of the school to contribute money to buy foodstuffs to enable them feed them.

One of the parents made the revelation to newsmen following earlier reports that the bandits had demanded the supply of thirty bags of rice, twenty bags of beans and ten gallons of palm oil, among other items.

The Vice-Principal of the school, Wakili Madugu, confirmed the demand during an interview on a radio station monitored in Abuja.
