The subject started trending soon after the former Finance Minister was confirmed as the new Director General of the World Trade Organisation on Monday.
Women of all ages, from within and outside Nigeria, have been making short videos and photo shots of themselves wearing the Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala’s signature headgear.
The #BeLikeNgoziChallenge also comes with a message to inspire young girls and women generally to aspire to be the best they desire.
