OMEJE and his ADP are challenging the declaration of PETER MBAH as winner of the Enugu State governorship election on March 18, 2023.
The petitioners dey claim se issues of intimidation, over-voting and none compliance with the Electoral Act during the election happen on the day of the governorship election.
They com ask the Tribunal to stop the swearing-in of Peter Mbah as governor of Enugu State, but the Tribunal ruled se their application lack merit.
