Popular human rights lawyer; Femi Falana, has stepped into the case of alleged murder of Dowen College student, Sylvester Oromoni Junior.
Reports say the family of the JSS-2 student who was allegedly tortured to death some senior student, hired the law firm of rights activist to handle the case against Dowen College.
Following the development; Femi Falana is reported to have written to the Office of the Lagos State Chief Coroner to request for an inquest into the death of the twelve-year-old boy.
The request was said to have been made in a letter dated December 6, 2021, which was yesterday, and signed by a lawyer in the chamber, Taiwo Olawale.
The father of the boy, Sylvester Oromoni Senior, insisted that his son was bullied to death, and also complained about the attitude of the management of the school.
