Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State has appointed his first set of commissioners and special advisers since he was inaugurated for a second term in office more than ten months ago.
Governor Obaseki announced in a statement that he had appointed two special advisers, and also forwarded the names of eleven nominees for appointment as commissioners to the Edo State House of Assembly for confirmation.
The nominees for appointment as commissioners include Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Oluwole Osamudiamen Iyamu, and Professor Obehi Akoria.
