Nigerian-born international basketball star, Ime Udoka, has been appointed as the new coach of the Boston Celtics in the United States of America.
Forty-three-year-old Udoka joined the NBA side on the recommendation of Celtics’ outgoing head coach Brad Stevens.
With his appointment; Udoka becomes the first Nigerian-American to be named as the head coach of an NBA side.
