The Kaduna State Government says civil servants who fail to take Covid-19 vaccination before the end of this month of October will no longer be allowed to enter government offices in the state.
The State Government says beginning from the first day of November, those who work in the state civil service will be required to show evidence of Covid-19 vaccination before they are allowed to enter their offices.
The directive was approved by Governor Nasir El-Rufai, as announced in a statement by his special Adviser on Media and Communication, Muyiwa Adekeye.
Kaduna State has so far recorded nine thousand, nine hundred and thirty-five cases of Coronavirus since the pandemic began, which is the fourth location with the highest infection rate, after Lagos, Abuja and Rivers.
