Former Lagos State military governor, retired Brigadier-General BUBA MARWA has resumed at his new position as Chairman of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA.
Brigadier-General MARWA also announced that part of his plan for the NDLEA is to turn around the agency and position it to perform better in the fight against drug abuse in Nigeria.
The new drug chief said the number of people who are now involved in drug abuse in the country is more than fifteen million.
Before his appointment, MARWA served as Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee for the Elimination of Drug Abuse in the country.
