The Institute for Economics and Peace has ranked Nigeria as the third most terrorized country in the world.
The organization says only Nigeria ranks above Afghanistan and Iraq, which have the worst cases of terrorism.
However; the latest global terrorism index released by the group shows that the number of terrorism-related deaths in Nigeria dropped from two thousand and forty-three in 2018, to one thousand, two hundred and forty-five in 2019.
