Eleven soldiers and a captain who were murdered while on a peace-keeping assignment in Benue State have been buried.
Captain Adeodun Adedayo and his soldiers were murdered by militia groups in Konshisha Local Government Area of Benue State.
During the funeral ceremony, prayers were said by both Christian and Muslin clerics.
Governor Samuel Ortom led officials of the Benue State Government to attend the ceremony.
Governor Ortom promised to do everything within his power to ensure that the killers are punished.
The Governor also promised to see to the welfare of the families they left behind.
