The Performing Musician Association of Nigeria has expressed hope that 2022 will be a great year for the country’s music industry.
PMAN’s President, Pretty Okafor who disclosed this in an interview with Lasgidi FM’s Azuka Onwuzor, said the sector is projected to generate over 20 trillion naira in the New Year.
Okafor said while 2021 was very challenging due to the negative impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, artistes explored digital means to sale and distribute their works.
