Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom, says the Federal Government is responsible for the current security crises in the country.
Governor Ortom wandered why the Federal Government failed to take a decisive action to tame killer herdsmen and bandits operating in the northern part of the country.
Speaking with some church leaders at the Government House in Makurdi, Governor Ortom asked the Federal Government to proscribe all armed groups operating in the country as terrorists.
