This report from Oyo State says state schools have received a boost with the addition of over five thousand new teachers.
These include seven hundred non-teaching staff who were converted to teachers by the Post-Primary School Teaching Service Commission.
Governor Seyi Makinde attended the induction of the new teachers in the state capital, Ibadan yesterday, and he advised them to work as professionals.
